It attaches particular importance to regionality, variety and the use of organic products. In the preparation of the food, our kitchen is guided by the strict quality standards of the German Nutrition Society. Allergies and intolerances can be taken into account without any problems.
For breakfast, we offer bread, rolls, bagels, filinettes, etc. with savory or sweet spreads. On Wednesdays, we "traditionally" serve cornflakes with yogurt. The breakfast is supplemented daily with vegetables or fruit. The children can choose between cocoa, water or tea.
Each group eats lunch, as well as all other meals, in their group room. In this way, the children experience mealtimes as a relaxed and cozy get-together.
The lunch menu is varied and ranges from stews and soups to fish/meat with side dishes and desserts such as semolina pudding or rice pudding. New recipes and dishes also find their way onto our menu from time to time.
The kitchen bases its snack supply on the daily lunch in order to avoid duplication.
From sandwiches to homemade cakes, supplemented with fruits and vegetables, everything is there.
